Hydro-pneumatic cylinders working process:

Mechanism of action:

Phase I: fast approach:the first piston approaching at high speed to the material,
until it meets resistance.

Phase II: pressing:the second piston closes the high-pressure chamber,
where compressing the oil between 10-400 bar. The oil pressure of the first piston creates.

Phase III: Return to the drain valve is automatically released from the air,
so that the piston stand back to the starting position.

The power of the presses are set exactly with the air pressure.
( between 2-12 bar ).
